Employee Spotlight- Ginny Carson

Ginny Carson, Vice President of Capture and Proposals, is a South Carolina native, and a proud graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Graphic Communications. Ginny is the former owner of a marketing firm and in 2019 she was the Chairwoman of the Board for the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, the worldwide authority for professionals dedicated to the process of winning business. She has been active in US Federal business development and proposals since 2008. Ginny joined CNI in October 2020 and has championed the establishment of an efficient, high-energy, high-volume proposal shop.  

Ginny currently lives in Charleston, SC with her husband of 25 years, her son who is a high school junior, and her 70-pound dog, Ryder. Her daughter is also a junior, attending Seton Hall University and is a scholarship athlete on the Seton Hall cross-country team. Ginny and her husband recently returned from Portugal and Spain where they walked The Camino de Santiago or The Way of Saint James, accomplishing 166 miles in 11 days.
