Employee Spotlight- Agnieszka Livingstone

Agnieszka (Agnes) Livingstone has been with CNI since July 2013. Agnes started at CNI as a HR/PR Application Administrator and was promoted to a Senior HRIS Systems Administrator in 2019, and in 2021, promoted again to Workday Systems Architect. In her job, as a Workday Systems Architect, she administers CNI’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Workday is used at every stage of the employee life cycle from “hire to retire” which means Agnes must have a great deal of functional, as well as, technical knowledge to support the various HR teams. As everyone who comes into contact with her knows, Agnes is the consummate professional, easy to work with, patient and extremely knowledgeable in her field.

We lean on Agnes for her expertise in all areas of HR (recruiting, benefits, payroll, people analytics reports, compensation, and other HRIS matters). Her partnership has been instrumental in enabling us to use technology to enhance, consolidate, and streamline our processes and procedures. We are so grateful to have her as part of our extended team - ready to come to the rescue when emergencies arise – and, of course, Agnes always does it with a smile.”

In her leisure time, Agnes finds joy in spending quality moments with her loved ones and indulging in the art of gardening. Additionally, she finds satisfaction in engaging in do-it-yourself (DIY) projects.
