SUMMARY
The Oracle Database Administrator supports software delivery by designing optimal solutions based on client requirements. Responsibilities include integrating Oracle with other databases (e.g., SQL Server), developing data models and SQL procedures, and automating data transfer using WEB APIs.
Candidates must have a public trust clearance and proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, data migration, ETL, and troubleshooting database performance. Experience with Microsoft CRM integration and SOAP is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on quality are essential.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have a Public Trust Clearance.
Oracle Experience and Data Integrations with Agency Applications (Oracle PL/SQL, WCF, CRM, SOAP, API’s), and other relational databases like SQL Server. Ability to integrate from MS SQL to Oracle SQL.
Proficient in data modeling and SQL, including PL/SQL for stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and views.
Integrate web applications with other websites using WEB APIs to automate data transfer.
Experience with Working Capital Funds.
Microsoft CRM Integration experience preferred.
Background with using SOAP programming language.
Skilled in designing data models and creating/managing database schemas
Expertise in data migration, ETL, data marts, and data warehouses
Adept at troubleshooting database issues, primarily in Oracle environments, with a focus on performance analysis and security
Focused on leveraging reusable code modules for data preparation, transformation, export, and synchronization
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Works with multiple Oracle 11/12c databases on Linux virtual servers supporting application’s that includes Oracle COTS products (E-Business Suite, Fusion Middleware), and Java applications.
Routine monitoring and administering of the Oracle databases.
Understanding of database design, database creation, tuning, backup and restoration, Oracle SQL and Linux OS.
Create Oracle Services Requests as needed and working with Oracle to resolution.
Apply Oracle patching support when applicable.
Setup and optimize a secured, multi-developer environment for continues development operations of the legacy application (Oracle server 11g & Oracle Forms 6I application).
The ideal candidate must have hands on experience designing databases, data modeling, and writing in SQL queries, with working knowledge with Oracle, Data Warehouse, and ETL.
Performing upgrades of the database and software to new release levels.
Starting up and shutting down the database.
Managing schema objects, such as tables, indexes, and views.
Proactively monitoring the database's health and taking preventive or corrective action as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree, Master’s preferred, and a minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $107K to $150K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
