Acquisition Of Washington Business Dynamics

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc (CNI) is pleased to announce it has completed its acquisition of Washington Business Dynamics, LLC (WBD).

 WBD is a management consulting firm founded in 2012 that provides business optimization services, mission management, and strategic solutions to federal customers in the civilian and defense sectors. WBD was founded on the core values of entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, and relentless spirit.

“Partnering with CNI will allow the WBD team to scale more quickly and still provide tremendous value to our customers,” said WBD President Scott Caldwell. “We also see a close cultural fit with CNI’s core values around integrity, accountability, and customer service,” added WBD Co-Founder and Executive Vice President Keith Fawcett.

WBD will augment CNI’s existing consulting practice with new customer relationships and top tier experts. With nearly 200 active contracts and 30+ federal agencies served by the CNI family of companies, WBD’s team of consultants will have exciting new opportunities to help federal clients solve difficult problems.

This is the third acquisition for CNI since 2021. Previous acquisitions supported their clients with cyber security services, systems engineering and integration, and program management support.

Stout Investment Bank served as the financial adviser to WBD. Bean, Kinney & Korman provided legal services to WBD, and McAfee & Taft served as legal advisor to CNI.
